1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Horizon Labs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Horizon Labs aggregates public federal grant data and provides commercial readiness scoring, search, watchlists, and related analysis tools. Data is provided for informational purposes only and is not investment, legal, or licensing advice.
3. Accounts & conduct
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute service data at scale, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.
5. Data accuracy
Grant records originate from third-party federal APIs. We do not guarantee that displayed data is complete, current, or error-free. Scores are heuristic estimates derived from public metadata.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
